Validity
All prices quoted valid following to the running years

Rates
All prices are quoted in USD Or EURO Or IDR and are subject to change with/without prior notice.

Vehicles
Modern Air Conditioned Transports( 6/12/19/39/43/47 seaters) are used for land transport in big cities such as in Java,Bali,Sumatera ,Sulawesi and Borneo while in Papua, the transport is still very limited

Tour Guides
All transfers and tour arrangement are inclusive of well trained guides who speaks English, German, Dutch, Italian, Spain, French and Japanese and Russian.

Payment
We are not asking for full payment for your arrangement, but USD 100.00/arrangement deposit is required for granted booking to ensure us to arrange your flights, hotels, and transports, and we will send the proforma invoice for this deposit and full payment should received upon arrival before tour starting. Payment by credit card is acceptable(Visa or Amex)

Special Tariff
Should you make reservation for more than 15 persons,you will got special group arrangment and FOC for the 16th person.

Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation charges are not levied by ALFA PRIMA TOURS. However Hotels, Restaurants and other contractors do charge cancellation fees to whom agreement include in the tour price and for such conditions this may occur, this fee should be charged to the clients.

Alfa Prima Tour Operator & Travel Service will do it utmost to provide all bookings and other service ,but since We only act as an agent for transportation company ,hotels ,restaurants and other tour principals, therefore we are not responsible for any kind of lost ,injury, damage, accident, delay or change of flight schedule or any other irregularity which might occur beyond our control and reserve the right to alter the itineraries and other services with or without prior notice if such cases occur as it is only for the convenient of the clients and safety of our tour operation.

TRAVEL  FORMALITIES

Passport, Visa and Immigration
All travellers to Indonesia must hold a passport for at least six months after arrival with onward/return tickets as a proven. Effective of 1st of February,2004 The Indonesian Minister of Justice and Human Rights has announced that the Visa on Arrival introduced for foreign visitors arriving by Air at the airport should pay the entry fee upon arrival.

Visa on Arrival(VoA) is required for National of countries and one administrative Districts:
Argentine, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Brasilia, Cambodia, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greek, Hungary, India, Iran, Ireland, Islandia, Italy, Japan, Lao PDR, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, Maldives, Malta, Mexico, Monaco Nederland, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, People's Republic of China, Poland, Portugal, Qatar  Kuwait, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Suriname, Sweden, Switzerland  Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America, Aljazair, Tunisia Romania, Lithuania, Panama, Libya, Latvia, Czech, Slovakia, Fiji, Slovenia

The 11 Countries that retain visa Free status and need not purchase a VoA are : Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei Darussalam, The Philippines, Hong kong , Macao, Chile, Marocco, Peru and Vietnam. CITIZEN OF COUNTRIES NOT ON THE VoA OR FREE VISA LIST ARE REQUIRED TO APPLY FOR A VISA AT THE NEAREST INDONESIA EMBASSY,CONSULATE OR FOREIGN MISSION.

Visa on Arrival is not extendable and not convertible into other types of visa.

International Airlines Link
Major International Airlines have access to Indonesia such as Singapore Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, Cathay Pacific, KLM, Qantas, and many others. You could directly link with the Airlines by clicking Airlines Deal section at our home page. Mostly International Airlines Arrive in Jakarta or Bali as the Arrival base while some Airlines have directly access to other cities like in Surabaya,Lombok, Medan, Yogjakarta and Manado. Connecting flight with domestic carriers will not be a big problem when you have arrived in Indonesia.

Airport Tax
Airport Tax for International Departure is levied by the airport authority while international tickets used for domestic flights should also pay the airport tax from Rp 25.000 – 100.000 depends on airport category.

Climate
Indonesia has warm tropical climate with wet and dry seasons lasting approximately six months each, but now the climate is radically change , dry season is longer then wet season, the dry from APRIL to NOVEMBER is the best time to visit Indonesia. 

Customs
Customs allow on entry a maximum of two litters of alcoholic beverages,200 cigarettes or 50 cigars or 100 grams of tobacco and a reliable amount of perfume per adult. Cars, Photographic , equipment, typewriter, radio are admitted provided. They are taken out on departure.

Currency and Exchange
Main foreign currencies are exchangeable at the bank or at money Changer in major cities. While credit card is also acceptable at big stores such as Department store which is now very common. Additional administration fee sometimes should be added for every transaction around 2-3 percents.

Office Hours
Business hours is from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm . Government office is 08:00 am – 04:00 pm from Monday to Friday.

Electricity
Most hotels use 220 volts. Outlets for shaving equipment is both 220 and 110 voltage.
