Upon your arrival at Pangkalan Bun airport, you will be met and directly to Kumai, the seaport and the gate to reach National Park. Onboard, crossing Kumai River in approximately 15 minutes to reach Seikonyer River, the main river in National Park. Our own cook will serve lunch on boat. On the way up Sekonyer River you will see the different vegetation around the riverbank like Nipah Palm, Pandanus, water lily, etc. Here also habitat of some birds such as Pink-Necked Green Pigeon, Little Green Pigeon, Green Imperial Pigeon, Brahminy Kite, Heron, Bulbul, Fantail, etc. This area will look different when night come, there are lots of firefly. From Kumai will take about 2 hours to reach the Rimba Lodge. In the late of Afternoon while we observing the bird around the river you will see Proboscis Monkeys that start back to the riverbank for sleeping. Proboscis monkeys are being the endemic animals that can be seen only in Borneo.Overnight at the Rimba Lodge.

Breakfast Early Morning , at 5 AM you will start trekking into the forest to see some bird in the secondary forest around Pasalat area. Here you will see some kind of birds such as Pink-Nacked Green Pigeon, Little Green Pigeon, some kind of Bulbul, Long-Tailed Parakeet, Chestnut – Bellied Malkoha, Coucal, Trogon, Hornbill, Barbet, Woodpecker, Minivet, Leafbird, Babbler, Flowerpecker, etc. Back to the boat then at 12 PM our own cook will serve lunch on boat. In the Afternoon, boating up Seikonyer River for River Bird Watching Safari. You will enjoy take some pictures or observe the bird with your binocular from the boat. Back to Rimba Lodge, Dinner and Overnight at the Lodge.

Early Morning after breakfast on the boat then boating up to Camp Leakey then take some tracking in to the forest. Here you will see some kind of birds in the primary forest such as Shama bird, Trogon, Drongo, Hornbill, if you are lucky you will see Asian Paradise- flycacher, pheasant, etc. Back to the boat for having lunch. At 1;30 PM back to the Camp to see some information in the Information Center. Then at 2 PM we join to see the Orangutan feeding. At 4 PM back to the boat then boating down to Rimba Lodge. Overnight at the Lodge.

After breakfast boating down to Kumai. Direct transfer to Pangkalan Bun airport by private car for your next destination.

Birds Watching excursion could be arrange in two ways, one with stay in the Lodge, while one by using houseboat.
